Riverside Cabin, established more than 30 years ago, offers guests a cozy, well-appointed, self-contained three-bedroom, three-bathroom cedar log lodge just steps from the Crowsnest River.
No need to drive. No need to open a gate or cross a fence. From our wrap around deck you can watch for the evening sunset, read your favourite book, scan the horizon for songbirds, eagles, elk, deer and moose. Wilderness trails leading up the valley beckon you to explore them, yet small-town amenities (stores, restaurants, gas stations, galleries, museums, theatre) are only a 20 minute drive to the west.

Located at the east border of Crowsnest Pass, in an area known as Burmis, Riverside Cabin offers heated floors, fireplace, loft, hot tub, two fully equipped kitchens, two livingrooms, barbecues and fire-pit area. It's perfect for four to six persons: couples and singles are welcome as are larger groups. Riverside Cabin can provide comfortable sleeping for up to 10 people.

No Smoking Policy:
We do not allow smoking inside our Holiday Home. Smoking outside only, with proper extinguishing of cigarette/cigar butts into a disposable container and into outside garbage bin.
We do not allow pets. We can however recommend a good kennel nearby for your pet.
Good Neighbor Policy:
Guests are asked to remember that this home is within earshot of neighboring residences and we value our good relationship with our neighbors. Guests are asked to refrain from any acts that interfere with the neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their properties.
Overnight guests are limited to the persons listed on the rental agreement unless otherwise approved by the Property Owner.
Failure to respect our policies may result in immediate eviction and loss of rental fees and deposits.
Check-in and Checkout Times:
Unless otherwise agreed, arrival time is any time after 4:00 pm and departure time is prior to 11:00 am. Should Guests require more flexible check-in and/or check-out times, please ask.
Any cancellation made by the Guest shall be in writing addressed to the owner. Deposits will be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is less than 30 days proir to arrival date, and if the Holiday Home cannot be re-rented, all of the deposit may be forfeited. In the unlikely case that our Holiday Home becomes unsuitable for renting (i.e. flood, fire, sale, etc.) the Guest will be refunded all rental and deposit fees paid. We highly recommend buying Trip Cancellation Insurance from an insurance company of your choice.
Cleaning Policy and Departure Procedures:
Guests are asked to leave the home in the same condition that they found it with:
Bed linens are to be left on the beds.
All used towels placed in shower stalls
All furniture, decor items, equipment returned to their proper places.
Remote controls should be returned to the coffee tables.
Dishes, cutlery and pots & pans throughly cleaned and put away
Oven, stove, ridge, and other appliances used, cleaned to same condition received in
All grocery items brought by the guest removed from fridge and cupboards
Patio furniture and outdoor equipment returned as they were found
Garbage placed in garbage bags and put into outdoor garbage bin provided.
Leave a note describing any items that need to be repaired, specially cleaned or replaced.
